基于alpha频率蓝光视觉刺激提高大脑警觉度的研究
[Abstract]:In contemporary society, many industries need to maintain a high level of vigilance in their work to ensure their good performance, but with the increasing competition in the society, Prolonged working hours tend to lead to reduced alertness among operators, especially in special industries such as aerospace, transportation, medical and health, etc. The loss of attention or operational errors caused by the decrease of the operator's alertness may cause heavy casualties and property losses. Therefore, it has become an important research topic to explore effective measures to improve the alertness of the brain. Brain resonance effect is the autonomous response of organism to external stimuli. It is of great significance to study the effects of physical stimulation factors on the physiological state of brain. Based on the steady-state visual evoked potential (VEP), we intend to induce the change of brain rhythm through alpha frequency (10Hz) blue light visual stimulation, enhance the components of EEG fast wave, and use subjective evaluation. A set of systematic alertness detection methods, including spontaneous EEG and evoked EEG, were used to demonstrate the feasibility of improving brain alertness. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the physiological model of low alertness is established through the 36-hour sleep deprivation experiment. The parameters of visual stimulation were determined and the contrast experiments of spontaneous and evoked EEG before and after alpha frequency blue light visual stimulation were designed. (2) EEG power spectrum estimation, parameter analysis, event-related synchronization / desynchronization were used. The spontaneous EEG data before and after visual stimulation were compared and analyzed by signal processing methods such as barycentric frequency and sample entropy. The experimental results show that under the influence of stimulation, the composition of spontaneous EEG fast wave increases significantly, and the slow wave component is effectively inhibited, and the gravity center frequency of EEG signal migrates from low frequency to high frequency, and the complexity increases significantly. The results showed that alpha frequency blue ray visual stimulation could effectively regulate and enhance the fast wave rhythm of EEG, activate the cerebral cortex and promote the improvement of brain arousal and alertness. (3) according to the different connotations of alertness, Time domain feature extraction was used to compare and analyze the characteristics of evoked potential and behavior of CNV P3aI P3b and MMN before and after visual stimulation. The results showed that the brain maintained its alertness after visual stimulation. The ability of emergency response and automatic processing of information is improved obviously. To sum up, this paper demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of alpha frequency blue light visual stimulation in improving brain alertness, which is expected to provide new ideas and methods for safety regulation in transportation and other fields.
