免疫组化切片褪色再染HE方法探讨

【摘要】：正随着人们生活水平的日益提高以及医疗条件的不断改善,病理切片向高等级医院会诊也越来越多,患者不及时归还HE切片及组织蜡块的情况也时有发生,病理档案资料仅存有一些免疫组化切片,如果想把此病例作为教学和学术交流将难以进行。我们通过反复试验,摸索出一种将免疫组化标记褪色后,重新进行HE染色的病理技术,现介绍如下。
[Abstract]:With the increasing improvement of people's living standards and the continuous improvement of medical conditions, more and more pathological sections are being consulted in high level hospitals, and cases of patients failing to return HE sections and tissue wax lumps in time also occur from time to time. There are only some immunohistochemical sections in the pathological archives, so it will be difficult to take this case as teaching and academic communication. Through repeated experiments, we found out a new pathological technique for HE staining after discoloration of immunohistochemical markers.
