CIN85在细胞生理病理活动中作用的研究进展

【摘要】:CIN85是信号接头蛋白家族中的一员,与细胞的各种生理及病理活动相关。CIN85通过其氨基端代表性的SH3结构域与其他蛋白质相互作用,参与控制某些特定细胞的信号转导;参与细胞内吞及囊泡运输,并与其他多种蛋白相互作用介导受体酪氨酸激酶的信号传导;通过不同方式促进恶性肿瘤的发生及癌细胞的迁移、侵袭,并参与其他细胞凋亡过程。因CIN85主要通过N端SH3结构域与其他蛋白相互作用而发挥功能,所以SH3结构域可能成为抗肿瘤治疗最有潜力的靶点。
[Abstract]:CIN85 is a member of the signal junction protein family. CIN85 is involved in controlling the signal transduction of some specific cells by interacting with other proteins through its amino terminal representative SH3 domain. Participate in endocytosis and vesicle transport, and interact with other proteins to mediate the signal transduction of receptor tyrosine kinase; promote the occurrence of malignant tumor, migration and invasion of cancer cells in different ways, and participate in the process of apoptosis of other cells. Because CIN85 functions mainly through the interaction between N-terminal SH3 domain and other proteins, SH3 domain may become the most potential target for antitumor therapy.
