噬菌体治疗泛耐药鲍氏不动杆菌重症感染小鼠的研究

【摘要】：目的探讨噬菌体治疗泛耐药鲍氏不动杆菌重症感染小鼠的疗效。方法以SPF级昆明小鼠建立小鼠感染泛耐药鲍氏不动杆菌的模型,分为实验组和对照组,实验组使用噬菌体AB46治疗,对照组给同等体积的肉汤治疗,统计比较两组小鼠的生存率,进行脾菌数分析。结果泛耐药鲍氏不动杆菌1∶10稀释实验组与对照组P=0.0200.05,有统计学差异;1∶2、1∶5稀释组分别为P=0.650,P=0.170,均0.05,无统计学差异;1∶50稀释的实验组与对照组均无小鼠死亡,脾菌数计数结果 P=0.026,有统计学差异。结论噬菌体治疗泛耐药鲍氏不动杆菌重症感染小鼠是一种有效的治疗方法,可明显提高小鼠的生存率,在感染较轻的情况下可以明显降低小鼠的脾菌数。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the efficacy of bacteriophage in the treatment of severe infection of Acinetobacter baumannii. Methods the model of SPF grade Kunming mice infected with Acinetobacter baumannii was divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated with bacteriophage AB46, the control group was treated with the same volume of broth, and the survival rate of the two groups was compared. The number of spleen bacteria was analyzed. Results there was statistical difference between the experimental group and the control group in the 1:10 dilution of Acinetobacter baumannii at 1:10, and in the dilution group of 1: 2: 1: 5 was 0.170, respectively, with no statistical difference, and there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group at 1:50, and there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group at 1:50, and there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group. The count result of spleen bacteria was 0.026, there was statistical difference. Conclusion Phage phage therapy is an effective method for the treatment of severe infection of Acinetobacter baumannii in mice. It can obviously improve the survival rate of mice and decrease the number of spleen bacteria in mice with mild infection.
