羧基末端调节蛋白与肿瘤、缺血性损伤及代谢综合征

【摘要】:羧基末端调节蛋白(carboxyl-terminal modulator protein,CTMP)是一核编码的线粒体蛋白,表达于神经、胰腺、肾脏等多种组织。病理条件下羧基末端调节蛋白转位于胞浆,结合并抑制蛋白激酶B活性、与热休克蛋白-70相结合并解除该分子对凋亡因子的限制作用,进而参与细胞凋亡、代谢的调控。研究还发现,羧基末端调节蛋白参与线粒体动力学调节;其羧基端具有硫酯酶活性,又被称为硫酯酶超家族成员4。本文旨在阐述羧基末端调节蛋白的分子结构及其在肿瘤、缺血性损伤和代谢综合征中作用之研究进展。
[Abstract]:Carboxyl terminal regulatory protein (carboxyl-terminal modulator protein,CTMP) is a nuclear encoded mitochondrial protein, expressed in nerve, pancreas, kidney and other tissues. Under pathological conditions, carboxyl terminal regulatory protein was translocated in the cytoplasm, binding and inhibiting the activity of protein kinase B, binding with heat shock protein 70 and releasing the restriction of the molecule on apoptosis factor, thus participating in the regulation of cell apoptosis and metabolism. It was also found that carboxyl terminal regulatory proteins were involved in mitochondrial kinetic regulation and their carboxyl terminals had thioesterase activity and were also known as thioesterase superfamily members. The purpose of this paper is to review the molecular structure of carboxyl terminal regulatory proteins and their roles in tumor, ischemic injury and metabolic syndrome.
