害嗜鳞螨休眠体光镜下形态观察

【摘要】:目的观察害嗜鳞螨休眠体形态特征,丰富螨的生物学分类依据。方法 2016年9月于淮南某中药店采集燕麦样本10份,每份取10 g,用振筛分离法分离其中的螨,并分离出螨休眠体,制成常规玻片标本,置于光镜下观察其形态并鉴定。结果光镜下发现了害嗜鳞螨的第一若螨和休眠休。发现的害嗜鳞螨休眠体为不活动休眠体,呈无色卵圆形,背面有一条明显的横缝,无口器,足不发达,有2对生殖感觉器。结论观察到的害嗜鳞螨休眠体形态特征,可为该螨的生物学分类和防控提供科学依据。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the morphological characteristics of dormant mites and enrich the biological classification of mites. Methods A total of 10 oats samples were collected from a Chinese medicine store in Huainan in September 2016. The mites were isolated by vibrating sieve method. The dormant bodies of mites were isolated and made into routine glass slides. The oats were observed and identified under light microscope. Results the first mites and dormant mites were found under light microscope. The dormancy of the mites was found to be an inactive dormant with a colorless oval shape, an obvious transverse slit on the back, no mouthpiece, underdeveloped foot, and 2 pairs of reproductive sensory organs. Conclusion the observed morphological characteristics of dormant mites can provide scientific basis for the biological classification and control of the mites.
