不确定性容忍度、决策者角色对医疗决策的影响

【摘要】：目的:考察医疗情景中不确定性容忍度和决策者角色对医疗决策的影响。方法:采用2(不确定性容忍度:高/低)×2(决策者角色:自我/他人)被试间实验设计,239名临床专业大学生被分为两组完成医疗决策任务。结果:不确定性容忍度对医疗决策影响边缘显著,高容忍度者比低容忍度者更倾向手术方案。决策者角色对医疗决策影响显著,与给他人建议相比,自我决策时更倾向手术方案。为自我决策时高容忍度者比低容忍度者更倾向手术方案,给他人建议时两者选择无显著差异;高容忍度者为自我决策比给他人建议更倾向手术方案,而低容忍度者自我-他人决策差异不显著。结论:不确定性容忍度和决策者角色对医疗决策存在交互影响。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of uncertainty tolerance and the role of decision makers on medical decision-making in medical scenarios. Methods: two (uncertainty tolerance: high / low) 脳 2 (decision maker role: self / others) subjects were designed. 239 clinical college students were divided into two groups to complete the medical decision-making task. Results: uncertainty tolerance had a significant effect on the edge of medical decision, and the patients with high tolerance were more likely to have surgery than those with low tolerance. The role of decision maker has a significant impact on medical decision making. Patients with high tolerance in self-decision-making were more likely to have surgery than those with low tolerance, and there was no significant difference between the two options when giving advice to others. The patients with high tolerance were more inclined to surgery than to give advice to others, while the low tolerance had no significant difference in decision-making between themselves and others. Conclusion: uncertainty tolerance and the role of decision makers have interactive effects on medical decision-making.
