一种用于局部红外线照射的大鼠简易固定装置

【摘要】:目的通过简易材料制作一种用于局部红外线照射的大鼠固定装置,并观察在该装置固定下大鼠保定效果。方法 SD大鼠12只,应用固定装置固定大鼠,分别观察在室温(24~26℃)、38~39℃及42~43℃红外线局部照射下的保定时间,最大以60 min为观察终点。结果大部分大鼠(10/12)在室温(24~26℃)、38~39℃及42~43℃红外线局部照射下保定时间都能达到30 min以上,其中有8只可达到60 min,不同局部温度下大鼠的保定时间差异无显著性(P0.05)。结论该装置制作简单,操作简便,能实现较长时间的保定,是一种较为方便、可靠的大鼠保定装置。
