大鼠挤压综合征模型下姜黄素的干预效果研究

【摘要】:目的:探讨在大鼠挤压综合征模型下,姜黄素的干预效果研究。方法:利用人工制备的大鼠挤压模型,测量在不同的挤压时间下(6、12、24 h)以及在不同剂量[普通剂量组(100 mg/kg)组及高剂量组(200 mg/kg)]姜黄素干预大鼠挤压综合征模型的情况下,尿素氮、肌酐、钾离子的水平,观察挤压综合征的两大特点:肾功能损伤及高钾血症相应情况。结果:对照组、挤压组、姜黄素普通剂量组(100 mg/kg)和姜黄素高剂量组(200 mg/kg)的数据几乎都出现了一个统一的现象,在尿素氮、肌酐、钾离子3个项目上,均是在时间属性上的数据出现了统计学差异,并且任意两个数据之间都出现统计学差异(P0.05);在组别的属性上,4个组别也出现了统计学差异,且任意两个数据之间也都出现统计学差异(P0.05),在尿素氮、肌酐、血钾3个项目上,以姜黄素用量和不同时间点的对照组、挤压组、姜黄素普通剂量组(100 mg/kg)和姜黄素高剂量组(200 mg/kg)的数据的spearman秩相关分析,可以看出在3个项目的每个时间点的纵向数据中,除出现了P0.05的情况,并且r值均小于零。结论:姜黄素在大鼠挤压综合征模型中,可以有效的缓解肾功能的损伤,作为一种常见而且廉价的中药制剂,在挤压综合征的治疗过程中,值得向更大的范围推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the intervention effect of curcumin on crush syndrome in rats. Methods: the rat extrusion model was made by artificial method. Urea nitrogen (urea) and creatinine (creatinine) were measured at different extrusion time (6 ~ 12 ~ (24 h) and curcumin at different doses (normal dose (100 mg/kg) and high dose group (200 mg/kg). The level of potassium ion and two characteristics of squeeze syndrome were observed: renal function injury and hyperkalemia. Results: the data of control group, extrusion group, curcumin general dose group (100 mg/kg) and curcumin high dose group (200 mg/kg) almost showed a uniform phenomenon in urea nitrogen, creatinine and potassium ion. There was statistical difference in the data of time attribute, and there was statistical difference between any two data (P0.05). In terms of the attributes of the groups, there were statistical differences among the four groups, and there were also statistical differences between any two data (P0.05), in the urea nitrogen, creatinine, potassium in blood three items, The spearman rank correlation analysis of curcumin dosage and different time points in control group, extrusion group, curcumin general dose group (100 mg/kg) and curcumin high dose group (200 mg/kg) was performed. It can be seen that in the longitudinal data of each time point of the three items, there is a case of P0.05, and the r value is less than zero. Conclusion: curcumin can effectively relieve renal function injury in rat crush syndrome model. As a common and cheap Chinese medicine preparation, curcumin is worth popularizing in the treatment of squeeze syndrome.
