【摘要】:正大量研究结果表明,生物节律的紊乱与多种疾病的发生风险密切相关,如糖尿病、代谢失调、睡眠障碍、肥胖、抑郁症以及多种恶性肿瘤等。因此,国内外对生物钟系统的研究已经成为一个热点,包括在机体器官和组织中的具体定位、物质代谢、胞内和胞间信使的网络偶联以及调控分子的表达等。尤其是昼夜节律对机体的作用机制的研究,已经成为各个研究领域的热点。本文检索相关文献,综述如下。1生物节律基因之间的相互作用
[Abstract]:Positive results show that the disorder of biological rhythm is closely related to the risk of many diseases, such as diabetes, metabolic disorders, sleep disorders, obesity, depression and many kinds of malignant tumors. Therefore, the research on the biological clock system has become a hot topic at home and abroad, including the specific location in organs and tissues, the metabolism of substances, the network coupling of intracellular and intercellular messengers, and the regulation of molecular expression. In particular, the study of the mechanism of circadian rhythm to the body has become a hot spot in various research fields.
