白豆蔻对阿霉素肾病模型大鼠肾脏组织TGF-β1、PAI-1表达的影响
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the renal protective effect and mechanism of cardamom on adriamycin nephropathy in rats. Methods: sixty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, doxorubicin nephropathy model group, white cardamom 1.5 g/kg group, white nutmeg 3.0 g/kg dose group, white cardamom 4.5 g/kg dosage group and Niaoduqing granule group. The model of adriamycin nephropathy was established by single injection of adriamycin (6.5mg/kg) into tail vein. After 3 weeks of administration, the rats were sacrificed after taking blood from abdominal aorta of anesthetized rats. Urine protein (PRO), (BLO), bilirubin (BIL) were detected by urine analyzer. The content of 尾 2-MG in serum Cys-C, urine and the expression of TGF- 尾 1 and PAI-1 in renal tissue were detected by ELASE and immunohistochemistry. Results: compared with the model group, the content of PRO,BLO,BIL was decreased in different degree in each administration group, and the effect of 3. 0 g/kg group was better than that of the other groups. The results of ELASE assay showed that the content of PRO,BLO,BIL was higher than that of the model group. The contents of Cys-C and 尾 2-MG were decreased in the three dose groups, and the effect on Cys-C in the 3. 0 g/kg and 4. 5 g/kg groups was better than that in the low dose group. The effect of cardamom 3. 0 g/kg on 尾 2-MG was better than that of the other two groups. The results of immunohistochemistry showed that the expression of TGF- 尾 _ 1 and PAI-1 in renal tissue was significantly decreased in the model group compared with the model group. The expression of TGF- 尾 _ 1 in each administration group was not significantly different from that in the model group. Conclusion: Cardamom can attenuate the renal injury in rats with adriamycin nephropathy, and its mechanism may be related to the expression of TGF- 尾 1 and PAI-1.
