鞣质联合环丙沙星对鲍曼不动杆菌生物膜形成的影响

【摘要】:目的研究石榴皮提取物鞣质联合环丙沙星(CIP)对鲍曼不动杆菌(Ab)生物膜形成的影响。方法采用2倍稀释法测得石榴皮提取物鞣质和CIP对Ab ATCC19606的最低抑菌浓度(MIC);将1/2MIC、MIC、2MIC浓度的鞣质和CIP单独及联合用药作用于Ab生物膜4、8、24和48 h,采用结晶紫法和荧光显微镜法观察生物膜的形成。结果鞣质和CIP对Ab的MIC值为1.95和0.50 mg/ml;联合用药较单独用药对Ab生物膜的形成影响大,且2MIC鞣质+2MIC CIP联合作用24 h,对生物膜形成影响最大。结论石榴皮提取物鞣质和CIP联合用药对生物膜形成的影响比单独用药明显,且2MIC鞣质+2CIP联合用药对Ab生物膜作用24 h影响效果最佳。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of pomegranate skin extract and ciprofloxacin (CIP) on biofilm formation of Acinetobacter baumannii (Ab). Methods the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC);) of tannin and CIP on Ab ATCC19606 was determined by twice dilution method. The biofilm formation of Ab biofilm was observed by crystal violet method and fluorescence microscopy. The Ab biofilm was treated with tannin and CIP at the concentration of 1 渭 2 MIC, MIC and MIC for 4, 8, 24 and 48 h respectively. Results the MIC of tannin and CIP on Ab was 1.95 and 0.50 mg/ml;, and the effect of combination of tannin and 2MIC CIP on the formation of Ab biofilm was greater than that of Ab alone. The combination of tannin and 2MIC CIP for 24 h had the greatest effect on the formation of biofilm. Conclusion the effect of combination of pomegranate extract tannin and CIP on biofilm formation is more obvious than that of 2CIP alone, and the effect of combined use of 2MIC tannin and 2CIP on Ab biofilm is the best for 24 h.
