玛咖对力竭运动后老年模型大鼠肾脏线粒体呼吸功能及抗衰老能力的影响

【摘要】:背景:研究表明,玛咖可增强细胞的免疫功能,提高线粒体呼吸链酶活性,起到抗氧化抗衰老的作用。目的:观察玛咖对力竭运动后老年大鼠肾脏线粒体呼吸功能及抗衰老能力的影响。方法:将10月龄老年大鼠每日灌胃1次玛咖粉剂(5 g/kg),同时进行递增负荷跑台运动,每周5 d,同时设对照组、玛咖组和运动组作对照。训练6周后,各组大鼠均进行力竭运动(35 m/min),随后即刻腹腔注射2%戊巴比妥钠麻醉大鼠取出肾脏,差速离心提取线粒体,分光光度计测定线粒体呼吸链酶活性。结果与结论:1线粒体呼吸链酶及抗氧化酶活性:与对照组、玛咖组和运动组相比,玛咖+运动组线粒体呼吸链酶Ⅰ-Ⅲ、超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性均升高(P0.05或P0.01)、丙二醛含量均降低(P0.05或P0.01);2结果说明:补充玛咖结合递增负荷运动训练均可提高力竭运动后老年大鼠肾脏线粒呼吸功能,延缓衰老,且补充玛咖与递增负荷运动具有协同效应。
[Abstract]:Background: Maca can enhance the immune function of cells, increase the activity of mitochondrial respiratory chain enzyme, and play an anti-oxidative and anti-aging role. Aim: to observe the effect of maca on the respiratory function and anti-aging ability of kidney mitochondria in aged rats after exhaustive exercise. Methods: 10-month-old rats were gavage once a day with maca powder (5 g/kg). At the same time, the rats were subjected to incremental load treadmill exercise for 5 days a week. The control group, Maga group and exercise group were used as the control group at the same time. After 6 weeks of training, rats in each group were subjected to exhaustive exercise (35 m/min). The kidneys were immediately taken out by intraperitoneal injection of 2% pentobarbital sodium and the mitochondria were extracted by differential centrifugation, and the activities of mitochondrial respiratory chain enzymes were measured by spectrophotometer.
