加味四妙方治疗尿酸性肾病模型大鼠的实验研究
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of Jiawei Simiao recipe on renal function, blood lipid metabolism, urine biochemistry and renal histology in rats with uric acid nephropathy. Methods the rat model of uric acid nephropathy was established by yeast and adenine. The rats were randomly divided into normal group (ZC group), model group (MX group), allopurine group (XY group) and Jiawei Simiao recipe group (SMF group). The renal function of rats [urea nitrogen (BUN), creatine (Scr), uric acid (UA)], blood lipid four items [cholesterol (TC), triacylglycerol (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL) and low density lipoprotein (LDL)] were measured after administration. Changes of urine biochemical [N-acetyl尾-D-glucosidase (NAG), 尾 2 microglobulin (尾 2-MG)] and 24 h urinary protein metabolism; The pathological changes of renal tissue were observed. Results 1 compared with the normal group, there were significant differences in BUN,Scr,UA,TC,TG,HDL, LDL,NAG, 尾 2-MG and 24 h urinary protein between the model group and the model group (P 0.01). 2 compared with the model group, the BUN,Scr,UA, in the Jiawei Simiao recipe group was significantly different from that in the model group. TC,LDL,NAG, 尾 2-MG and 24 h urinary protein metabolism decreased significantly (P 0.01). UA in allopurinol group was significantly lower than that in allopurine group (P 0.01), but there was no significant difference in Scr,TC,TG,HDL in allopurinol group (P 0.05). 3 the pathological changes of renal tissue showed that, Compared with the model group, the urate crystallization, inflammatory cell infiltration and tubulostroma injury in Jiawei Simiao recipe group and allopurine group were less than those in model group, and the injury in Jiawei Simiao recipe group was the least. There was significant difference between allopurine group and allopurine group (P 0.05). Conclusion Jiawei Simiao recipe can significantly improve renal function, blood lipid metabolism, urine biochemistry and alleviate pathological damage of renal tissue in rats with uric acid nephropathy.
