刺五加脑灵胶囊对氯化铝致痴呆模型小鼠的保护作用

【摘要】:目的探讨刺五加脑灵胶囊对氯化铝致痴呆小鼠的保护作用。方法将60只SPF级昆明种小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、刺五加脑灵胶囊高、中、低剂量(1.01、0.33、0.10 g/kg)组。采用腹腔注射三氯化铝建立阿尔茨海默病(AD)小鼠模型。观察刺五加脑灵胶囊对AD小鼠学习记忆能力、乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)、乙酰胆碱转移酶(ChAT)和β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)的影响。结果刺五加脑灵胶囊高剂量组自主活动次数显著多于模型组;刺五加脑灵胶囊组上岸时间显著缩短,错误次数显著减少;刺五加脑灵胶囊中、高剂量组小鼠脑组织Aβ含量显著降低,AchE活性显著降低,ChAT活性显著增加(均P0.05)。结论刺五加脑灵胶囊能减少Aβ沉积,增强ChAT活性同时降低AchE活性,对氯化铝致痴呆小鼠有一定的改善和保护作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the protective effect of Acanthopanax senticosus Naoling capsule on dementia mice induced by aluminum chloride. Methods 60 SPF Kunming mice were randomly divided into normal control group, model group and Acanthopanax senticosus Naoling capsule high, middle and low dose (1.01, 0.33, 0.10 g/kg). The (AD) model of Alzheimer's disease was established by intraabdominal injection of aluminum trichloride. To observe the effects of Acanthopanax senticosus capsule on learning and memory ability, acetylcholinesterase (AchE), acetylcholine transferase (ChAT) and 尾-starch protein (A 尾) in AD mice. Results the frequency of spontaneous activity in the high dose group of Acanthopanax senticosus Naoling capsule was significantly higher than that in the model group, and the disembarkation time and the number of errors in the group of Acanthopanax senticosus Naoling capsule were significantly shortened. In Acanthopanax senticosus capsule, the content of A 尾 in brain tissue of mice in high dose group was significantly decreased, the activity of AchE was significantly decreased, and the activity of ChAT was significantly increased (all P 0.05). Conclusion Acanthopanax senticosus capsule can reduce the deposition of A 尾, enhance the activity of ChAT and decrease the activity of AchE, which can improve and protect the dementia mice induced by aluminum chloride to a certain extent.
