普乐士泰胶囊对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎模型大鼠的改善作用
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the effect of prustitai capsule on rats with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis (CNP). Methods:60 rats were randomly divided into sham operation group (distilled water), model group (distilled water), Pu 'an group (positive control,2 g/ kg), and high, middle and low dose group (16,8,4 g/ kg). The CNP model was duplicated with the injection of 0.2m L of the injection of Xiaozhiling injection in the remaining 5 groups except the sham-operation group. The pathological changes of the prostate were observed by naked eyes at 24 h after the last dose, and the white blood cell (WBC) count and the lecithin body (SPL) were counted under the microscope, and the pathological observation of the prostate tissue sections was performed. Results: Compared with the sham-operation group, the local appearance of gray-white nodules in the prostate of the model group and the adhesion of the glands to the surrounding tissues were significantly increased (P0.01), and there was marked congestion in the prostate stroma under the microscope. Edema and multiple inflammatory cell infiltration. Compared with the model group, the local off-white nodules of the prostate were reduced, the degree of adhesion between the gland and the surrounding tissues was reduced, and the number of WBC and SPL in the gland wet and prostate tissues was significantly reduced (P0.01). The pathological changes under the microscope were improved to a different extent, and the most obvious improvement was made in the high dose group of the prustitai capsule, and only mild congestion, edema and a small amount of inflammatory cell infiltration were found in the interstitial tissue of the prostate. Conclusion: The Pule-tai capsule has a certain improvement effect on the CNP model rats.
