在体多通道电生理记录技术在大鼠痛情绪研究中的应用

【摘要】:目的:通过已建立的完全弗氏佐剂(CFA)诱导的条件位置逃避(CPA)行为模型,利用在体多通道电生理学记录技术,结合行为观察研究大鼠发生CPA反应时前扣带皮层(ACC)脑区神经元的电活动。方法:电极制作,电极埋置,在体多通道技术记录清醒大鼠r ACC脑区神经元的电活动及其CPA行为记录。结果:1自制的多通道阵列电极可成功记录到ACC神经元的放电活动;2大鼠脚掌注射CFA前后分别与不同环境匹配后,大鼠处于"痛环境"与"非痛环境"时ACC神经元spike的发放频率分别为痛环境(0.85±1.38)imp/s,非痛环境(0.22±0.97)imp/s(P0.05,n=26);3行为学分析痛环境适应前(303.55±61.77)s对比痛环境适应后(140.32±33.52)s(P0.05,n=6)。上述结果显示,脚掌注射CFA的大鼠处于痛环境时诱发ACC神经元spike放电频率增强与行为上的逃避反应同步发生;脚掌注射生理盐水的对照组并无上述反应趋势。结论:大鼠r ACC脑区神经元电活动与疼痛所致的痛厌恶相关情绪的发生有着密切的联系。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the electrical activity of (ACC) neurons in anterior cingulate cortex of rats during CPA reaction by using in vivo multichannel electrophysiological recording technique through the established conditional position escape (CPA) behavior model induced by complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA). Methods: the electrical activity and CPA behavior of r ACC neurons in awake rats were recorded by electrode fabrication, electrode implantation and multichannel technique in vivo. Results: (1) the discharge activity of ACC neurons could be successfully recorded by self-made multi-channel array electrode.
