基于细胞自噬机制的健康科学研究进展

【摘要】:自噬(autophagy)是细胞对自身组件进行降解与回收的自然过程,与人类健康高度相关。很多疾病都伴随着自噬的异常。本文回顾了国内外近年来在自噬与健康关系领域的研究,包括自噬与癌症、神经退行性疾病等疾病的关系。并且回顾了对人体健康有明显影响的电离辐射、体育锻炼、针灸、按摩等物理刺激对细胞自噬的调控作用,从自噬的角度对这些作用的分子机制进行了讨论。最后,对于自噬调控在未来的医疗保健中的潜在价值进行了展望。
[Abstract]:Autophagy (autophagy) is a natural process in which cells degrade and recover their own components, which is highly related to human health. Many diseases are accompanied by abnormal autophagy. This paper reviews the research on the relationship between autophagy and health at home and abroad in recent years, including the relationship between autophagy and cancer, neurodegenerative diseases and other diseases. The effects of ionizing radiation, physical exercise, acupuncture and massage on autophagy were reviewed, and the molecular mechanism of these effects was discussed from the point of view of autophagy. Finally, the potential value of autophagy regulation in future health care is prospected.
