以消化性溃疡为表现的儿童嗜酸细胞性胃肠炎的临床分析

　　目的:研究以消化性溃疡为表现的儿童嗜酸细胞性胃肠炎（Eosinophilic Gastroenteritis,EG）的临床表现、实验室检查、内镜下表现、病理组织学特点、治疗及转归情况,旨在提高对以消化性溃疡为表现的儿童嗜酸细胞性胃肠炎的诊断及治疗水平,减少漏诊和误诊。方法:通过回顾性分析2014年1月-2019年6月期间在江西省儿童医院消化内科住院诊断为嗜酸细胞性胃肠炎且胃镜下表现为消化性溃疡（胃或十二指肠溃疡）28例患儿的临床表现、实验室检查、内镜下表现、病理组织学特点、治疗及转归等情况。结果:1、一般资料:研究共纳入28例患儿,男25例,女3例,男:女为8.33:1。年龄最小8月17天,最大14岁,平均年龄（9.33±3.13）岁。其中<1岁1例（3.57%）,1~3岁1例（3.57%）,3~7岁3例（10.71%）,>7岁23例（82.14%）。2、临床表现:腹痛23例（82.14%）、呕吐18例（64.29%）、面色苍白17例（60.71%）、黑便15例（53.57%）、呕血8例（28.57%）、乏力8例（28.57%）及反酸嗳气1例（3.57%）。查体腹部有压痛1...
