给与C57BL/6J小鼠幼仔高脂饮食会导致肥胖和性早熟:肥胖与青春期的新模型研究背景:在妊娠和哺乳期间,由于母代的肥胖及高脂饮食(HFD)引起的围产期过度喂养,会导致幼鼠出现肥胖和性早熟,但在青春期开始前这些幼鼠并不肥胖。其次,单纯的产后高脂喂养对肥胖的影响尚不清楚。本研究旨在建立一种动物模型,用于研究产后高脂喂养对肥胖、青春期及两者之间相互作用的影响。研究方法:本研究中将小鼠分为三组。第一组的母鼠和幼鼠分别在哺乳期和断奶后以普通饲料喂养,命名为CNTRL。第二组的母鼠和幼鼠分别在哺乳期和断奶后进行高脂饲料喂养,命名为HFD。研究结果:我们的研究结果表明,高脂喂养会导致幼鼠出现脂肪沉积和肥胖。并且,高脂喂养会增加雌鼠的体重(BW)。有趣的是,经过高脂喂养的雌鼠会出现肥胖和性早熟,并在其下丘脑中会出现kisspeptin(神经激肽B)的表达增加。研究结论:产后高脂喂养会导致肥胖和性早熟,并会导致子代雌鼠的体重增加。由此认为我们成功地建立了一种新型的产后高脂饮食引起肥胖和性早熟的动物模型,它具有良好的外形和结构效度,可以用于研究产后饮食引起的儿童肥胖、性早熟以及这两者之间的相互作用。出生后...
