营养风险筛查与COPD患者预后分析

【摘要】:目的探究营养风险对COPD患者预后的影响效果。方法对2011年上半年来我院诊疗的77例患者进行分组临床试验,按意愿分成实验组与对照组两组。对照组37例,采用NRS 2002进行营养风险筛查,但并不给予临床营养支持;实验组40例,采用NRS 2002进行营养筛查,对有营养风险患者给予临床营养支持,对比分析其对患者预后的影响。结果分析显示已有营养风险的患者住院时间较无风险患者更长,并发症发生率更高,且接受营养支持可改善临床结局,住院时间及并发症发生率大幅减小,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论营养情况对患者预后有明显影响,有必要对每一位入院患者进行营养风险筛查,并根据筛查结果,采取相应措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of nutritional risk on the prognosis of COPD patients. Methods 77 patients who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital in 2011 were divided into two groups according to their wishes: the experimental group and the control group (n = 37). NRS 2002 was used for nutritional risk screening, but no clinical nutritional support was given. In the experimental group, 40 cases were screened with NRS 2002, and the patients with nutritional risk were given clinical nutritional support. The results showed that the patients with nutritional risk had longer hospital stay, higher incidence of complications, and nutritional support could improve the clinical outcome. The duration of hospitalization and the incidence of complications were significantly reduced, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion nutritional status has a significant impact on the prognosis of patients. It is necessary to screen each patient for nutritional risk, and according to the results of the screening, Take corresponding measures.
