维生素C联合阿司匹林对吸烟引起小鼠肺损伤的干预治疗作用

【摘要】:目的:建立吸烟致小鼠肺损伤模型,研究维生素C(VC)和阿司匹林(ASP)联合用药对吸烟致肺损伤的干预作用。方法:将A/J小鼠随机分成5组:正常组、模型组、维生素C组、阿司匹林组、阿司匹林联合维生素C组,并取肺组织进行相关生化指标检测及组织病理观察。结果:模型组与正常组比较,肺组织中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量明显降低,丙二醛(MDA)含量则明显升高,同时肺组织病理观察发现有明显的炎症细胞浸润和明显的肺纤维化表现。维生素C组、阿司匹林组以及维生素C联合阿司匹林组与模型组比较,肺组织的SOD活性和GSH含量升高,MDA含量降低,但仅维生素C联合阿司匹林组的数据有统计学意义,且组织病理观察结果显示该组小鼠肺泡结构完整,炎症症状更轻,羟脯氨酸(HYP)含量也明显低于模型组。结论:吸烟能够导致小鼠肺损伤,VC和ASP对吸烟所致的肺损伤有预防作用,且VC和ASP联合用药比单一用药预防效果更佳。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish a model of lung injury induced by smoking in mice, and to study the intervention effect of vitamin C (VC) and aspirin (ASP) on lung injury induced by smoking. Methods: A- / J mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal group, model group, vitamin C group. Aspirin group, aspirin combined with vitamin C group, and lung tissues were taken for the detection of biochemical indicators and histopathological observation. Results: the model group compared with the normal group, The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of glutathione (GSH) in lung tissue decreased significantly, while the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) increased significantly. At the same time, the pathological observation of lung tissue showed obvious inflammatory cell infiltration and obvious pulmonary fibrosis. Compared with the model group, the vitamin C group, aspirin group and vitamin C combined aspirin group, The activity of SOD and the content of GSH in lung tissue increased and decreased, but only the data of vitamin C combined with aspirin group were statistically significant. The histopathological results showed that the alveolar structure of the group was intact and the inflammatory symptoms were more mild. Conclusion: smoking can induce lung injury induced by VC and ASP in mice, and the combination of VC and ASP can prevent lung injury.
