【摘要】：正1病历资料患者男,48岁,2015年3月17日主因"活动后胸闷、气短2年"以"冠心病?"收入我院心内科。患者自诉2年前开始,每在爬楼梯、较为剧烈运动时会出现胸闷、气短症状,休息后逐渐缓解,无胸痛,无咳嗽、咳痰。曾在某诊所就诊,考虑为"冠心病",间断使用"复方丹参滴丸",自觉效果欠理想,活动后胸闷、气短症状进行性加重。既往"慢性胃炎"病史10余年,间断服用奥美拉唑;十年前因"阑尾炎"
[Abstract]:A patient with 1 medical record is 48 years old, mainly due to "chest tightness after activity, shortness of breath for 2 years" and coronary heart disease (CHD) on March 17, 2015.
