补阳还五汤联合汉防己甲素片改善矽肺肺纤维化效果观察

【摘要】：目的观察补阳还五汤联合汉防己甲素片改善矽肺肺纤维化的效果。方法将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组在常规止咳、平喘、抗炎治疗的基础上加用汉防己甲素片,观察组在对照组基础上加用补阳还五汤,疗程6个月。比较两组治疗前后临床症状、血清Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)、透明质酸酶(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)含量及肺功能各项指标。结果观察组治疗后临床表现评分较治疗前明显改善,血清PCⅢ、IV-C、HA、LN水平均有不同程度降低,肺功能FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC等指标较治疗前明显改善,与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P均0.05)。结论补阳还五汤联合汉防己甲素片能够改善矽肺患者的临床表现,提高其肺功能,降低血清纤维化指标,具有良好的抗矽肺肺纤维化作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Tetrandrine tablet on silicosis fibrosis. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases each. On the basis of anti-inflammatory therapy, Tetrandrine tablet was added to the treatment group, and the observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction on the basis of control group for 6 months.
