MiR-21在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者外周血清和单个核细胞中的表达及临床意义

【摘要】:目的:通过研究mi R-21在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者外周血清及单个核细胞中的表达,探讨mi R-21在COPD发病中的意义及机制。方法:将研究对象分为健康对照组(n=41)和COPD组(n=49),收集两组外周血清,分离其外周血单个核细胞并收集临床资料。运用实时荧光定量PCR法检测各组外周血清及单个核细胞中mi R-21的表达水平。分析COPD组mi R-21与肺功能的关系,并对mi R-21与COPD患者一秒用力呼气容积(forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1)进行相关性分析。结果:COPD组外周血清及单个核细胞中mi R-21表达水平较健康对照组增高;COPD外周血清及单个核细胞中mi R-21差异表达与肺功能相关;COPD患者mi R-21表达水平与FEV1呈正相关。结论:COPD患者外周血清及单个核细胞中mi R-21表达升高可能与COPD发病过程及病情严重程度相关。
[Abstract]:Objective: through the research of MI R-21 in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, COPD) expression in serum and mononuclear cells in the patients, and to explore the significance and mechanism of MI R-21 in the pathogenesis of COPD. Methods: the subjects were divided into healthy control group (n= 41) and COPD group (n=49) two, collect serum group of peripheral isolated peripheral blood mononuclear cells and clinical data were collected. The expression level of serum and MI in mononuclear cells of R-21 were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR method. The relationship between peripheral R-21 analysis group COPD MI and pulmonary function, and the MI of R-21 and COPD in patients with a second forced expiratory volume (forced expiratory volume in one second, FEV1) were analyzed. Results: in COPD group, serum and peripheral blood mononuclear cells Mi expression level of R-21 increased compared with the healthy control group; and the expression of COPD in peripheral blood mononuclear cells in MI and R-21 between Lung function is correlated. The expression level of MI R-21 is positively correlated with FEV1 in COPD patients. Conclusion: the increase of MI R-21 expression in peripheral serum and mononuclear cells of COPD patients may be related to the pathogenesis and severity of COPD.
