半夏泻心汤联合三联药物疗法治疗顽固性慢性咳嗽的效果及机制

【摘要】：目的:探讨半夏泻心汤联合三联药物疗法治疗顽固性慢性咳嗽的效果及机制。方法:选取2011年3月至2013年3月间于我院接受诊断和治疗的顽固性慢性咳嗽患者72例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各36例。观察组患者给予半夏泻心汤联合三联药物疗法治疗,对照组患者仅给予三联药物疗法治疗。结果:观察组显效率75.00%,明显高于对照组61.11%(P0.05);观察组总有效率97.22%,明显高于对照组88.89%(P0.05)。观察组患者入睡时间平均为(11.3±2.8)min,明显短于对照组(16.2±2.5)min(P0.05);观察组患者咳醒次数平均为(1.2±0.3)次,明显短于对照组(1.9±0.4)次(P0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤联合三联药物疗法治疗顽固性慢性咳嗽具有较好的临床效果,值得临床上推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect and mechanism of Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with triple drug therapy in the treatment of intractable chronic cough. Methods: from March 2011 to March 2013, 72 patients with intractable chronic cough who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital were divided into observation group (n = 36) and control group (n = 36). The patients in the observation group were treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with triple drug therapy, while the patients in the control group were only treated with triple drug therapy. Results: the markedly effective rate of the observation group was 75.00, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (61.11) and the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.22%, which was obviously higher than that of the control group (88.89%). The average sleeping time of the patients in the observation group was 11.3 卤2.8 minutes, which was significantly shorter than that in the control group (16.2 卤2.5min) P0.05A, and the average number of coughing wakes in the observation group was 1.2 卤0.3 times, which was significantly shorter than that in the control group (1.9 卤0.4) times (P0.05A). Conclusion: Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with triple drug therapy has a good clinical effect on refractory chronic cough and is worth popularizing in clinic.
