维吾尔族饲鸽者肺患者细胞因子水平变化及临床意义研究

【摘要】：目的探讨维吾尔族饲鸽者肺(PBL)患者支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)与血清中白介素(IL)-2、IL-10、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的变化及其在PBL发病机制中的作用。方法选取2012—2013年在新疆(喀什、和田)地区至少饲养鸽子1年以上的维吾尔族受试者,将新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院呼吸科确诊为PBL的受试者65例作为病例组,未患PBL的受试者120例作为阴性对照组;选取同期体检健康的未饲鸽的维吾尔族受试者120例为正常对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测3组受试者BALF与血清中IL-2、IL-10、TNF-α水平。结果病例组BALF与血清中IL-2、TNF-α的表达水平均较阴性对照组、正常对照组升高,阴性对照组较正常对照组亦升高(P0.05)。病例组、阴性对照组BALF与血清中IL-10的表达水平较正常对照组均降低(P0.05),而病例组与阴性对照组间差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论维吾尔族PBL患者BALF与血清中IL-10水平降低,IL-2、TNF-α水平升高;IL-2、TNF-α可能参与了PBL的发生发展。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of IL-10 and TNF- 伪 levels in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and serum of pigeon feeding pigeon (PBL) and their role in the pathogenesis of PBL. Methods the subjects of Uygur nationality who raised pigeons in Xinjiang (Kashi, Hotan) for at least one year from 2012 to 2013 were selected as the case group. 65 subjects diagnosed as PBL by respiratory department of Xinjiang people's Hospital of Uygur Autonomous region were selected as the case group. 120 subjects without PBL were selected as negative control group and 120 Uygur subjects without feeding pigeon as normal control group. Elisa was used to detect the levels of BALF and IL-10 TNF- 伪 in serum of the three groups. Results the expression levels of BALF and IL-2TNF- 伪 in serum of the case group were higher than those of the negative control group, while the expression of IL-2TNF- 伪 in the negative control group was higher than that in the normal control group. In the case group, the expression of BALF and IL-10 in serum in the negative control group was lower than that in the normal control group (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the case group and the negative control group. Conclusion the levels of BALF and serum IL-10 in Uygur patients with PBL may be involved in the occurrence and development of PBL.
