【摘要】：呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)是一种能引起呼吸道感染性疾病的病原体,其引起的免疫反应和对气道的影响复杂,经其感染后机体也不能形成长久的免疫记忆,患有慢性阻塞性肺疾病的老年群体感染后有着急性恶化的风险。虽然有效的治疗方案仍不明朗,但是对于新型抗病毒药物的测试以及可能引起持久免疫而不增加疾病风险的疫苗的开发是乐观的。
[Abstract]:Respiratory syncytial virus (RSVV) is a pathogen that can cause respiratory infectious diseases. Its immune response and influence on the airway are complex, and the body can not form long-term immune memory after its infection. Elderly people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease are at risk of acute exacerbation after infection. While effective treatment options remain unclear, there is optimism about the testing of new antiviral drugs and the development of vaccines that may cause persistent immunization without increasing the risk of disease.
