埋线在特发性肺纤维化早中期治疗中的临床观察

【摘要】：目的评价埋线疗法在治疗早中期特发性肺纤维化的临床疗效和安全性。方法将80例患者随机分为埋线组和对照组各40例;对照组采用西药常规治疗,埋线组在对照组的基础上,加用埋线进行治疗,疗程3月;用数理统计法分析患者治疗前后在CT检查、血气分析、生活质量方面的改善情况。结果治疗3个月后,肺CT显示,在磨玻璃影和网格影方面,两组治疗前后及治疗后组间比较,均有统计学意义(P0.05)。血气分析中,在Pa O2、Sa O2、Pa CO2三方面,两组治疗前后及治疗后组间比较,均有统计学意义(P0.05);在T-CO2方面,两组治疗前后有统计学差异(P0.05),治疗后组间比较无统计学意义(P0.05)。生活质量比较,在症状部分、总分和活动部分3方面,埋线组治疗前后及治疗后组间比较,均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论埋线治疗可以改善早中期特发性肺纤维化患者的肺CT征象,增强肺功能,提高生活质量,而且安全、方便,无不良反应。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy and safety of catgut embedding therapy in the treatment of early and mid-term idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into catgut embedding group (n = 40) and control group (n = 40). The improvement of CT examination, blood gas analysis and quality of life of patients before and after treatment were analyzed by mathematical statistics. Results after 3 months of treatment, lung CT showed that there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment in terms of glass-grinding and meshwork, and there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment (P 0.05). In blood gas analysis, there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment in three aspects of Pa O 2 O 2 Pa CO2, and in T-CO2, there was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment (P 0 05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P 0 05). The comparison of quality of life in the symptom part, total score and activity part, before and after treatment in the embedding group, there were significant differences between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion Catgut embedding therapy can improve CT features, enhance lung function and improve quality of life in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in early and middle stage, and is safe, convenient and without adverse reactions.
