丹参、灯盏花素注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期D-二聚体的影响

【摘要】：目的:探讨丹参、灯盏花素注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者D-二聚体的影响。方法:选择院内收治的72例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的患者,随机将其分为观察组和对照组各36例,均给予院内常规医护措施干预,观察组在此基础上加用丹参注射液进行治疗,对照组在基础医护措施上加用灯盏花素注射液进行治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果及对患者机体D-二聚体含量的影响。结果:观察组临床治疗有效率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05),治疗后观察组D-二聚体水平显著低于对照组及治疗前,比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后两组PaO_2水平显著升高,较治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后两组PaCO_2水平显著降低,较治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:对于处于慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的患者而言,临床中相较灯盏花素注射液选择应用丹参注射液进行治疗,不仅在一定程度上可显著改善患者血栓前状态,而且还能较为有效的降低患者机体D-二聚体水平,有利于患者的康复,值得临床推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of Danshen injection and breviscapine injection on D-dimer in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods: 72 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) were randomly divided into observation group (n = 36) and control group (n = 36). The observation group was treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection and the control group was treated with breviscapine injection on the basis of basic medical measures. Results: there was no significant difference in the effective rate of clinical treatment between the observation group and the control group (P0.05). After treatment, the level of D-dimer in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group and before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); after treatment, the level of Paco _ 2 in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment (P0.05). Conclusion: compared with breviscapine injection, salvia miltiorrhiza injection can significantly improve the prethrombotic state in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Moreover, it can effectively reduce the level of D-dimer in patients, which is beneficial to the rehabilitation of patients and is worthy of clinical application.
