中西医联合治疗高原地区慢性阻塞性肺疾病对患者肺功能及炎症因子的影响分析

【摘要】:目的:探讨中西医联合治疗高原地区慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)对患者肺功能及炎症因子的影响。方法:选取2014年4月—2016年8月在本院住院治疗的高原地区稳定期COPD患者96例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给以注射用益气复脉治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后肺功能相关指标[第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)/用力肺活量(FVC%)以及FEV1所占的预计值百分比(FEV1%)]、炎症因子相关指标[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)]。结果:与治疗前对比,治疗后观察组与对照组患者的FEV1/FVC%、FEV1%均明显升高,且治疗后观察组患者的FEV1/FVC%、FEV1%较对照组升高更显著(P0.05);与治疗前对比,治疗后观察组与对照组患者的TNF-α、IL-6及IL-8的水平均明显降低,且治疗后观察组患者的TNF-α、IL-6及IL-8的水平较对照组改善更显著,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:常规西医联合益气复脉治疗高原地区稳定期COPD患者可有效改善患者肺功能及炎症因子水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effects of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine on pulmonary function and inflammatory factors in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) at high altitude. Methods: 96 stable COPD patients from April 2014 to August 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group. Patients in control group were treated with routine western medicine. On the basis of the control group, the observation group was treated with invigorating qi and nourishing the pulse for injection. Pulmonary function related indexes [forced expiratory volume (FEV1) / forced vital capacity (FVC%) in the first second and the percentage of FEV1 predicted value (FEV1%)] and inflammatory cytokines (tumor necrosis factor- 伪 (TNF- 伪), interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-8 (IL-8) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: compared with before treatment, FEV1 / FVC+ FEV1% in observation group and control group were significantly increased, and FEV1 / FVC+ FEV1% in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group after treatment (P0.05), and compared with that before treatment, FEV1 / FVC5% in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P0.05). The levels of TNF- 伪 IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group and the control group were significantly decreased after treatment, and the levels of TNF- 伪 IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: routine western medicine combined with Yiqi Fu-mai can effectively improve pulmonary function and inflammatory factor level in patients with stable COPD at high altitude.
