急性高原肺水肿患者血浆气体信号分子硫化氢变化及意义

【摘要】:目的:探讨内源性硫化氢(H_2S)在急性高原肺水肿患者血浆中的表达及意义。 方法:通过采用敏感硫电极法测定(PXS-270型,上海雷磁)进入玉树地区(海拔3600米)急性高原肺水肿患者(病例组)38人(高原肺水肿32例、高原脑水肿合并肺水肿6例,均为移居男性,从事重体力劳动)和进入玉树地区健康者(对照组)35人(均为男性)血浆H_2S的含量,对数据进行整理并行统计学分析。统计方法:使用SPSS17.0统计学软件对资料进行分析,健康者及治疗前后患者血浆H_2S均采用x±s表示,组间均数比较采用t检验及单因素方差分析。检验水准取a=0.05。 结果:1.急性高原肺水肿患者治疗前后血浆H_2S浓度差异有统计学意义t=8.219,P 0.01),患者治疗前血浆H_2S浓度水平略低于治疗后。2.急性高原肺水肿患者与健康对照组血浆H_2S浓度差异有统计学意义(F=188.951,P 0.01),,患者治疗前后血浆H_2S浓度水平均低于健康对照组。 结论:1.急性高原肺水肿患者血浆H_2S浓度低于健康对照组。2.急性高原肺水肿患者治疗前血i}h2S浓度低于治疗后。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression and significance of endogenous hydrogen sulfide (H 2S) in plasma of patients with acute high altitude pulmonary edema. Methods: 38 patients (case group) with acute high altitude pulmonary edema (3600 meters above sea level) in Yushu area (3600 meters above sea level) were detected by sensitive sulfur electrode method (PXS-270 type, Shanghai thunder magnetic field). 32 cases of high altitude pulmonary edema and 6 cases of high altitude brain edema complicated with pulmonary edema were studied. The plasma H2S contents of 35 healthy persons (all male) and 35 healthy persons (control group) in Yushu area were collected and analyzed statistically. Methods: SPSS17.0 software was used to analyze the data. The plasma H2S in healthy subjects and patients before and after treatment were expressed as x 卤s, and the mean values were analyzed by t test and single factor analysis of variance (ANOVA). The inspection level is 0. 05%. The result is 1: 1. Before and after treatment, there was significant difference in plasma H2S concentration between patients with acute high altitude pulmonary edema (t = 8.219p 0.01), and the plasma H2S level before treatment was slightly lower than that after treatment (P < 0.01). There was significant difference in plasma H2S concentration between patients with acute high altitude pulmonary edema and healthy control group (P 0.01). The plasma H2S concentration of patients before and after treatment was lower than that of healthy control group. Conclusion 1. Plasma H2S concentration in patients with acute high altitude pulmonary edema was lower than that in healthy controls. The blood I} H 2S concentration in patients with acute high altitude pulmonary edema before treatment was lower than that after treatment.
