血必净注射液对重症肺炎患者血浆IL-6和TNF-α水平的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨血必净注射液对重症肺炎患者血浆中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法将100例重症肺炎患者按随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)和治疗组(50例)。两组均给予常规西医治疗,治疗组在常规西医治疗的基础上加用血必净注射液治疗,连续用药7 d。取10名身体健康的人员作为正常对照组。比较对照组和治疗组患者治疗前后体温、白细胞计数(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、动脉血氧分压[pa(O_2)]和动脉血气分析氧合指数[pa(O_2)/Fi(O_2)]的变化。采用ELISA法测定并比较各组患者各时间点血浆中IL-6和TNF-α的水平。结果治疗7 d后,治疗组和对照组患者的体温、WBC、CRP、pa(O_2)和pa(O_2)/Fi(O_2)均较治疗前有明显改善,差异显著(P0.01)。治疗组患者治疗后各项指标均较对照组治疗后有明显改善,差异显著(P0.05、0.01);对照组和治疗组患者治疗前后血浆中IL-6和TNF-α均明显高于正常对照组。治疗前,对照组和治疗组患者血浆中IL-6、TNF-α的水平相比较,差异无统计学意义;两组患者治疗后3、7 d的IL-6和TNF-α水平均较治疗前降低,治疗组IL-6和TNF-α水平的下降程度较对照组同期更明显,差异显著(P0.05、0.01)。结论血必净注射液可以降低重症肺炎患者血浆中IL-6和TNF-α水平,对重症肺炎患者有一定辅助治疗作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Xuebijing injection on interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor- 伪 (TNF- 伪) in patients with severe pneumonia. Methods 100 patients with severe pneumonia were randomly divided into control group (50 cases) and treatment group (50 cases). Both groups were treated with routine western medicine. The treatment group was treated with Xuebijing injection on the basis of routine western medicine for 7 days. Ten healthy persons were taken as normal control group. The changes of body temperature, white blood cell count, (WBC) C-reactive protein (CRP), arterial partial pressure of oxygen [pa (O _ 2)] and arterial blood gas analysis were compared between the control group and the treatment group before and after treatment. The plasma levels of IL-6 and TNF- 伪 were measured and compared by ELISA. Results after 7 days of treatment, the body temperature of the patients in the treatment group and the control group were significantly improved compared with those before the treatment (P0.01). After treatment, the indexes of the patients in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group (P0.05, 0.01), and the plasma levels of IL-6 and TNF- 伪 in the control group and the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group before and after treatment. Before treatment, the levels of IL-6 TNF- 伪 in plasma of patients in control group and treatment group were not significantly different, and the levels of IL-6 and TNF- 伪 in patients of both groups were lower than those before treatment. The levels of IL-6 and TNF- 伪 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05 / 0. 01). Conclusion Xuebijing injection can reduce the levels of IL-6 and TNF- 伪 in plasma of patients with severe pneumonia.
