布地奈德雾化吸入治疗对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者肺功能、降钙素原和C反应蛋白水平的影响
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the efficacy of budesonide atomization inhalation in the treatment of elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and its effects on pulmonary function and the levels of procalcitonin (PCT) and C-reactive protein (CRP). Methods two hundred and thirty elderly patients with acute exacerbation of COPD were randomly divided into budesonide group (n = 117) and control group (n = 113). On the basis of routine treatment, the control group was treated with methylprednisolone sodium succinate, while the control group was treated with budesonide atomized inhalation. Both groups were treated for 7 days, and the expression of PCT CRP was detected before and after treatment. Results there was no significant difference in forced expiratory volume (FEV1) and forced vital capacity (FVC) between the two groups before treatment (P0.05). After treatment, budesonide group was higher than control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in PCT,CRP level between the two groups before treatment (P0.05). After treatment, budesonide group was lower than the control group (P0.05). The total effective rate of budesonide group was higher than that of control group (P0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the total score of GQOL-74 between the two groups (P0.05). After treatment, budesonide group was higher than the control group (P0.05). Conclusion on the basis of routine treatment, budesonide atomization inhalation in elderly patients with acute exacerbation of COPD can effectively reduce the inflammatory reaction and improve the pulmonary function of the patients. It is effective and beneficial to improve the quality of life of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD.
