血液病患者医院肺部感染经济学分析
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the length of hospital stay and the increase of hospital expenses in patients with three kinds of hematologic diseases, and to provide reference for making infection control strategy for patients with hematologic diseases. Methods the clinical data of 935 patients with hematologic diseases in hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed, including 2,850 cases of hematologic diseases, including lymphoma, myeloma and acute leukemia. 226 patients with nosocomial pulmonary infection were selected as the case group and matched at 1:2 according to the conditions. 452 patients in the control group were selected. The hospitalization expenses and hospitalization days of the two groups were compared, and the statistical analysis was carried out by SPSS22.0 software. Results there were 226 cases of pulmonary infection in 2 850 cases, the infection rate was 7.93 times. The nosocomial pulmonary infection rate of the patients with myeloma and acute leukemia were 3.400.67% and 20.67.The hospital stay in the case group was longer than that in the control group for 16 days, and the hospitalization cost was 66 202.47 yuan, including 42 990.64 yuan for western medicine. Compared with the control group, the patients with myeloma and acute leukemia were hospitalized for 20 days for 14 days and 10 days, respectively, the increased costs were 54 733.1635 682.95 yuan and 69 668.53 yuan respectively, and the average daily increased costs were 2 736.66 6 548.78 yuan and 6 966.85 yuan respectively. Conclusion the pulmonary infection rate of the three kinds of blood patients is high, the pneumonia obviously prolongs the hospitalization days of the patients, exacerbates the economic burden of the patients, and the pulmonary infection rate of acute leukemia is the highest and the direct economic loss is the biggest, which is the key point of the prevention and control of nosocomial infection.
