孟鲁司特钠片联合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:观察孟鲁司特钠片联合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床疗效和安全性。方法:170例CVA患者随机均分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者采用孟鲁司特钠片10 mg、每晚顿服,并采用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂、每次1吸、bid;对照组患者仅采用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗,用法用量同观察组。两组患者疗程均为3个月。观察两组患者临床疗效、复发率、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、最大呼气流速(PEF)及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者总有效率和6个月内复发率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.01或P0.05));观察组患者FEV1和PEF改善均显著优于本组治疗前及对照组同期,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠片联合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗CVA较单用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂疗效更显著,且安全性相当。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the efficacy and safety of montelukast sodium tablets combined with salmeterol ticasone powder inhalation in the treatment of cough variant asthma (CVA). Methods: 170 patients with CVA were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the observation group were given montelukast sodium tablets for 10 mg, and salmeterolticasone powder inhalation was used once a time. The patients in the bid; control group were treated with salmeterolticasone powder inhalation only and the dosage was the same as that in the observation group. The course of treatment was 3 months in both groups. The clinical efficacy, recurrence rate, forced expiratory volume (FEV1), maximal expiratory flow rate (PEF) and adverse reaction were observed. Results: after treatment, the total effective rate and recurrence rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.01 or P0.05) the improvement of FEV1 and PEF in the observation group was significantly better than that before treatment and the same period in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: montelukast sodium tablet combined with salmeterolticasone powder inhalation is more effective than salmeterolticasone powder inhalation alone in the treatment of CVA.
