美国感染病学会和美国胸科学会2016年成人医院获得性肺炎和呼吸机相关性肺炎的处理临床实践指南

【摘要】：为帮助临床医师正确地诊断和治疗医院获得性肺炎(HAP)和呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP),美国感染病学会(IDSA)和美国胸科学会(ATS)组织相关学科的专家,对2005年版HAP和VAP临床实践指南进行了更新。该指南发表在Clinical Infectious Disease,2016,63(5):575-582。现对该指南内容进行编译以供读者参考。尽管该指南的更新乃是基于大量新的循证医学证据,对当前HAP和VAP的诊断和治疗进行了更为详尽的介绍,对指导临床正确的诊断和治疗HAP和VAP具有重要参考价值,但在使用指南时,临床医师要充分考虑到患者的个体多样性,指南并不能完全取代临床医师对特殊患者或临床情况的判断,临床医师可根据每例患者的情况酌情采纳。而且由于国情的差异,在临床应用中应该结合本国实际情况加以运用。
[Abstract]:To help clinicians correctly diagnose and treat hospital-acquired pneumonia (HAP) and ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP), experts in the organization related disciplines of the American Society of Infectious Diseases (IDSA) and the American College of chest Medicine (ATS). The 2005 edition of the HAP and VAP guidelines for Clinical practice has been updated. The guide is published in Clinical Infectious Disease,2016,63 (5): 575-582. The contents of the guide are compiled for readers' reference. Although the update of the guidelines is based on a large number of new evidence-based medical evidence, the current diagnosis and treatment of HAP and VAP are introduced in more detail, which is of great reference value in guiding the correct diagnosis and treatment of HAP and VAP in clinical practice. However, when using the guidelines, the clinicians should take into account the individual diversity of the patients. The guidelines can not completely replace the clinicians' judgment of special patients or clinical conditions, and clinicians can adopt the guidelines according to each patient's situation. And because of the difference of national conditions, it should be applied in clinical application in combination with the actual situation of our country.
