苦味受体激动剂苦精对哮喘气道炎症及重塑的影响

【摘要】:目的观察苦精对哮喘小鼠α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)、气道上皮下胶原纤维及气道炎症的影响。方法 45只BALB/c小鼠分为3组,每组15只。A组:正常对照;B组:哮喘模型组;C组:哮喘加苦精干预1周。采用免疫组织化学方法观察小鼠肺组织α-SMA的沉积,用马松(Masson)染色方法观察小鼠气道胶原纤维的沉积,苏木素-伊红(HE)染色观察小鼠气道炎性程度,并对其进行计算机图像半定量分析。结果 C组小鼠肺内细支气管壁α-SMA、胶原纤维沉积、气道炎症程度较B组明显减少,图像半定量分析结果与B组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论苦精可以改善哮喘小鼠气道炎症及气道重塑。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effects of Amycin on 伪-smooth muscle actin (伪-SMA),) subcutaneous collagen fibers and airway inflammation in asthmatic mice. Methods 45 BALB/c mice were divided into 3 groups: group A: normal control group, group B: asthma model group, group C: asthma plus bitter essence intervention for 1 week. The deposition of 伪-SMA in the lung tissue of mice was observed by immunohistochemical method. The deposition of collagen fibers in the airway of mice was observed by Ma Song (Masson) staining. The degree of airway inflammation in mice was observed by hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining. And carry on the computer image semi-quantitative analysis to it. Results the deposition of 伪-SMA, collagen fibers in bronchioles in group C and the degree of airway inflammation in group C were significantly lower than those in group B, and there were significant differences between group B and group B in image semi-quantitative analysis (P0.05). Conclusion Asthma can improve airway inflammation and airway remodeling in asthmatic mice.
