【摘要】：正患者,女,48岁,1月前无明显诱因出现咳嗽、咳少量白色泡沫痰,起初仅出现活动后气促,后逐渐出现胸闷,但无胸痛、无发热、盗汗、咯血等。于2013年1月18日在莆田市第一医院行胸片检查示:双肺呈弥漫性病变,考虑肺癌,于1月19日入院待查,既往史、个人史无特殊。入院查体:体温36.5℃,神志清楚,口唇无发绀;左侧锁骨上可触及3个蚕豆大淋巴结,边界不清,无触痛,余各浅表淋巴结未触及,双肺叩诊呈清音,双肺呼吸音稍粗,未闻及明显干湿性Up音。血常
