肺康复对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者抑郁与运动能力和肺功能的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者应用肺康复对其肺功能、运动能力和抑郁评分的影响。方法将106例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机数字法分配到试验组和对照组。试验组53例患者采用肺康复,对照组53例采用常规康复,对比两组肺功能、运动能力和抑郁评分。结果试验组肺功能、运动能力和抑郁评分改善于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论肺康复在慢性阻塞性肺疾病护理中效果显著,值得推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of pulmonary rehabilitation on pulmonary function, motor ability and depression score in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods 106 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) were randomly assigned to test group and control group. Lung rehabilitation was performed in 53 patients in the test group and routine rehabilitation in 53 patients in the control group. The pulmonary function, motor ability and depression scores were compared between the two groups. Results compared with the control group, the pulmonary function, exercise ability and depression score in the experimental group improved significantly (P0.05). Conclusion Lung rehabilitation is effective in the nursing care of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and it is worth popularizing.
