呼吸道感染患者肺俞穴点刺放血治疗的临床观察

【摘要】:目的研究肺俞穴点刺放血治疗呼吸道感染的临床疗效,指导临床选用治疗呼吸道感染最佳方案。方法选取2012年1-12月进行诊治的呼吸道感染患者60例,随机分为两组,对照组30例患者中血常规白细胞高的给予口服头孢氨苄,对青霉素过敏患者口服罗红霉素胶囊治疗;治疗组患者30例在对照组治疗的基础上,进行肺俞穴用采血针点刺后拔罐放血,出血量为3ml,拔罐时间10min,对两组治疗进行对比分析,所有数据采用SPSS13.0进行分析。结果治疗48h后患者总有效率治疗组为93.3%、对照组为70.0%;治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);患者平均退热时间治疗组为(20.1±12.38)h、对照组为(28.5±16.42)h;治疗组患者的平均退热时间明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论肺俞穴点刺放血结合西医常规内科治疗呼吸道感染具有好的疗效,且不良反应发生率低,应作为常规治疗方案在临床推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the clinical effect of acupuncture and bloodletting at Feishu point in the treatment of respiratory tract infection and to guide the clinical selection of the best scheme for the treatment of respiratory tract infection. Methods from January to December 2012, 60 patients with respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients in the control group were treated with Cefalexin and roxithromycin capsule. On the basis of the treatment of the control group, 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with cupping and bloodletting at Feiyu point with blood collection needle, the amount of blood loss was 3 ml, and the cupping time was 10 min. the treatment of the two groups was compared and analyzed by SPSS13.0. Results after 48 hours of treatment, the total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 70.0% in the control group. The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). The average antipyretic time was (20.1 卤12.38) h in the treatment group and (28.5 卤16.42) h in the control group. The average antipyretic time in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture and bloodletting at Feishu point combined with routine internal medicine in western medicine is effective in the treatment of respiratory tract infection, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low, so it should be used as a routine treatment scheme in clinic.
