318例尘肺住院病例浅析

【摘要】：正回顾分析318例尘肺住院患者的基本资料,旨在为提高尘肺防治水平提供参考。1对象与方法收集1985年至今本院收治的318例尘肺患者的病例资料,其中男236例、女82例;年龄56~82岁、平均71岁,涉及机械、矿山、轻工、铁路、冶金、煤炭等行业,主要分布在造型、工件喷砂、电焊、镀件喷砂以及采矿掘进、打孔等工种,发病年龄39~65岁、平均(46±11)岁,发病工龄7~31年、平均(18±9)年。318例尘肺中矽肺280例(88%)、电焊工尘肺28例(9%)、煤工尘肺10例(3%),
