初断乳雄性SD大鼠铅损伤动物模型的建立

【摘要】:目的建立初断乳雄性SD大鼠铅损伤动物模型,用于研究铅对动物主要器官组织系统的损害。方法选取45只初断乳雄性SD大鼠,分层随机分成正常对照组、1‰和4‰浓度乙酸铅水剂量组,以自由饮用方式进行染毒28 d,实验结束时处死动物,进行各种生理指标及肝、脑、股骨铅含量检测。结果与饮用蒸馏水组相比,随着乙酸铅浓度的增加,雄性SD大鼠各项生理指标都反映出铅损伤迹象,肝、脑及股骨中的铅含量都呈升高趋势,饮用1‰和4‰乙酸铅水两个剂量组大鼠肝脏和股骨中铅含量有显著性升高(F=37.555,P㩳0.01;F=36.67,P㩳0.01),饮用4‰乙酸铅水剂量组大鼠脑中铅含量也有显著性升高(F=26.363,P㩳0.01)结论初断乳雄性SD大鼠饮用含乙酸铅蒸馏水建立动物铅损伤模型是一种简便、可靠、易于控制的方法,可用于对大鼠铅损伤的研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish an animal model of lead damage in male SD rats with first weaning, and to study the damage of lead to the main organs and tissues of animals. Methods 45 male SD rats with first weaning were selected.
