3支肝动脉伴胆囊动脉起始及走行变异1例

【摘要】：正笔者在解剖一成年男性尸体时发现共3支肝动脉,其中1支为副肝右动脉,从肠系膜上动脉发出,且有2支胆囊动脉从副肝右动脉发出,现报道如下:腹腔干从腹主动脉发出后即分为胃左动脉、脾动脉和肝总动脉(图1),其中肝总动脉外径为3.90 mm,斜行向右上方,在小网膜内走行2.3 cm后,先发出肝
[Abstract]:During the dissection of an adult male cadaver, three hepatic arteries were found, one of which was accessory right hepatic artery, which originated from the superior mesenteric artery and two gallbladder arteries from the right accessory hepatic artery. It is reported as follows: the abdominal trunk is divided into left gastric artery, splenic artery and common hepatic artery (fig. 1, the external diameter of the common hepatic artery is 3.90 mm, oblique to the upper right, 2.3 cm in the lesser omentum).
