The students in the control group were tought by routine teaching methods for the experimental lesson teaching, while those in the observation by Introduced ward-round type teaching method. Results The excellent rate of operating exam grades in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Ward-round type teaching methods can make the teaching process more lively and vivid. The students actively take part in the learning of the experimental lessons but not passively.

    目的为提高护理实验课的教学质量。方法随机将护理专业中专班学生 6 4人分为观察组和对照组各 32人。对照组采用常规教学法进行实验课教学 ,观察组采用查房式导入法进行实验课教学。结果观察组操作考核成绩优良率明显高于对照组 ,两组比较 ,P <0 0 5 ,差异有显著性意义。结论查房式导入法可使教学环节生动、引人入胜 ;使学生由被动接受知识型转变为主动参与型 ;有利于培养高素质、全面发展的优秀护理人才。

    Objective To study the relations between personality and educational background and the nurse student's ability in interpersonal communication. Methods 100 nurse students including 38 students in junior college and 62 students in technical secondary school were investigated by modified EPQ to identify the types of personality and the influence of personality and educational background on their abilities in interpersonal communication was analyzed and compared. Results It showed the junior college students' ability in interpersonal communication was significant higher than that of technical secondary school students (t=6.77, t=9.14, all P<0.001). The students with introversive personality had the poorest ability in interpersonal communication, showing significant diffe-rences compared with those with extroversive or mixed personality (P<0.001), while the latter two kinds showed no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion The nurse students with higher level of education and with extroversive or mixed personality are more capable of performing interpersonal communication.

    目的讨论性格、学历与护生人际沟通能力的关系。方法随机抽取100名护生,大专护生38名,中专护生62名,采用艾森克简式个性问卷对护生进行性格类型测定,并分别按性格、学历对护生人际沟通能力的影响进行分析,比较。结果大专学历的护生人际沟通能力显著高于中专学历(t=6.77,t=9.14,P均<0.001);性格内向型的护生人际沟通能力最差,与性格中间型、外向型比较,有显著性差异(P<0.001);而性格中间型与性格外向型比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论学历较高、性格外向型或性格中间型的护生人际沟通能力强。

    In recent years Blog has become one of the most popular means of communication.Because of its easy operation,interactivity,timely resources release and sharability,it is used in education.This paper analyzes the role of Blog in pathology teaching at technical secondary schools.Problems arising from the application are also discussed to explore a new approach for improving the quality of pathology teaching.

    博客是近年来备受网民青睐的一种网络交流形式。因其操作简单、交互性强、资源发布及时和可共享等特点,被迅速的应用于教育教学领域中。文章就博客在中专病理教学中的应用进行了探讨,并就应用中需要注意的问题进行了分析,以期为提高病理教育教学质量探索一条新的途径。
