雌激素对小肠葡萄糖吸收的调节及机制研究

　　目的:葡萄糖在小肠的吸收过程是维持机体能量平衡的条件,而雌激素则对机体起着多方面的调节作用。相关研究发现雌激素参与调节了小肠葡萄糖的吸收,但吸收机制却被长期忽视。因此,在本项研究中,我们对雌激素在十二指肠葡萄糖吸收中的影响及其机制进行研究,旨在为临床上肥胖的治疗提供理论依据。方法:1.选择20-30岁月经周期规律的健康女性志愿者12人,分别在月经期（为体内雌激素水平最低时期）和排卵期（为体内雌激素水平最高时期）口服50%葡萄糖行葡萄糖耐量试验（oral glucose tolerance test,OGTT）后,测定血中葡萄糖水平的变化情况。2.动物模型的建立:选择6周龄性成熟期C57雌鼠80只,分别在全麻下进行假手术和卵巢切除术,把40只去卵巢雌性C57小鼠作为去卵巢组,40只假手术雌性C57小鼠作为假手术组。（1）手术第二天起,每天早上十点定时称量小鼠体重。（2）手术两周后:（1）处死小鼠,经腔静脉抽血,运用放射免疫法（radioimmunoassay,RIA）测定雌二醇水平。（2）采用Ussing chamber实验观察假手术组（5只）与去卵巢组（5只）在十二指肠黏膜葡萄糖吸收引...
