hERG钾通道失活机制的研究进展

h ERG(Human ether-a-go-go-related gene)钾通道是KCNH2基因编码的一种内向整流钾通道。h ERG钾通道产生的IKr是心肌细胞复极化过程中重要的离子流,有助于心室动作电位的复极化。h ERG钾通道的门控动力学特点是缓慢的激活和快速的失活,失活过程加快是导致长QT综合征和致死性心律失常的一种常见机制。文章综述了h ERG钾通道失活机制方面的研究进展。
