汉语听写障碍儿童的形-形与音-音联结

【摘要】:目的:探讨听写障碍儿童是否存在视觉和听觉单通道的联结缺陷。方法:从小学三、四、五年级共412名儿童中,根据国际疾病和相关健康问题统计分类第十版(ICD-10)关于听写障碍定义筛选出听写障碍儿童21名,同时选择年龄、智力水平以及阅读水平相当但不符合听写障碍定义标准的21名儿童作为对照。采用变化检测范式,在形-形联结实验和音-音联结实验中,分别以成对的几何图形和成对的单音节声音刺激为实验材料。通过比较探测刺激捆绑错误条件下的判断正确率,考察两组儿童的视觉和听觉单通道联结能力。结果:在形-形联结实验中,在探测刺激捆绑错误条件下,听写障碍组和对照组的正确率差异无统计学意义[(0.60±0.15)vs.(0.66±0.17),P0.05]。在探测刺激捆绑正确条件下,听写障碍组和对照组的正确率差异无统计学意义[(0.67±0.21)vs.(0.60±0.20),P0.05]。在音-音联结实验中,探测刺激捆绑错误条件下听写障碍组判断正确率低于对照组[(0.65±0.13)%vs.(0.76±0.12),P0.01],探测刺激捆绑正确条件下听写障碍组和对照组差异无统计学意义[(0.70±0.16)vs.(0.64±0.17),P0.05]。结论:本研究显示听写障碍儿童存在听觉单通道的捆绑联结缺陷,可能不存在视觉单通道的捆绑联结缺陷。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate whether there is a defect in the connection between visual and auditory channels in dictation impaired children. Methods: 412 children in grade 3, 4 and 5 of primary school were enrolled in this study. According to International Statistical Classification of Diseases and related Health (ICD-10), 21 children with dictation disorder were selected according to the definition of dictation disorder and their age. 21 children with the same intelligence and reading ability who did not meet the definition of dictation disorder were used as controls. In the form-shape association experiment and the phone-phonetic association experiment, the change detection paradigm was used. Pairs of geometric figures and pairs of monosyllabic sound stimuli were used as experimental materials. To investigate the ability of visual and auditory single channel connection in two groups of children. Results: in the form-shape association experiment, under the condition of detecting stimulus bundling error, There was no significant difference in the correct rate between the dictation group and the control group [0.60 卤0.15 vs 0.66 卤0.17]. There was no significant difference in the correct rate between the dictation group and the control group (0.67 卤0.21 vs 0.60 卤0.20p0.05). The correct rate of dictation in the dictation group was lower than that in the control group (0.65 卤0.13 vs 0.76 卤0.12 P0.01), but there was no significant difference between the dictation group and the control group under the correct condition of detecting the stimulus binding (0.70 卤0.16 vs.0.64 卤0.17p0.05). Conclusion: this study shows that the children with dictation disorder are children with dictation disorder. There is a defect in the binding of auditory single channels. There may be no visual single-channel binding defect.
