孤独症谱系障碍儿童的磁共振弥散张量成像研究

【摘要】:目的探讨孤独症谱系障碍儿童重要区域脑白质的磁共振弥散张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)特点。方法对37例男性孤独症谱系障碍儿童和16例正常发育男童进行神经心理评估及磁共振弥散张量成像技术扫描,比较两组各向异性分数(fractional anisotropy,FA)的差异,并分析孤独症组感兴趣区FA值与儿童智能发展水平及临床表现之间的关系。结果孤独症谱系障碍组的感兴趣脑区FA值与对照组相比无明显差异(P0.05)。孤独症谱系障碍组的左侧额叶FA值与智能发展水平有相关性(P0.05)。孤独症谱系障碍儿童儿童期孤独症评定量表(The Childhood Autism Raling Scale,CARS)分级重度组比轻-中度组左侧额叶FA值更低(P0.05)。结论左侧额叶白质损伤可能参与了孤独症谱系障碍的病例生理过程的变化。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics of diffusion Zhang Liang diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) in the white matter of children with autism spectrum disorders. Methods 37 male autistic children with spectrum disorders and 16 normal developmental boys were assessed with neuropsychological assessment and. Magnetic Resonance Diffusion Zhang Liang Imaging, The differences between the two groups of anisotropic fractional fractional anisotropic FAs are compared, The relationship between FA value of the region of interest in autism group and the level of intelligence development and clinical manifestation of children was analyzed. Results there was no significant difference in FA value between the autism spectrum disorder group and the control group (P 0.05). There was a correlation between the left frontal lobe FA value and the level of intelligence development in the children with autism spectrum disorder. The Childhood Autism Raling scale CARSs were lower in the severe group than in the mild to moderate group. Conclusion the left frontal lobe has a lower FA value in the left frontal lobe than that in the mild to moderate group. White matter damage may be involved in the physiological process of autism spectrum disorders.
