青年期心理社会环境改变对中老年小鼠焦虑和自发探索活性的影响

【摘要】:探索青年期心理社会环境改变对中老年CD-1小鼠焦虑和自发探索活性行为的影响。结果表明,与青年组(3月龄)比较,老年对照组(18月龄)在旷场潜伏期和周边时间显著延长,跨格子数显著减少(Ps0.05);在黑白巷黑端时间和潜伏期显著延长,黑端到白端次数显著减少(Ps0.05)。12月龄应激组在旷场周边时间和在黑白巷黑端时间显著长于丰富环境组和对照组,跨越格子数显著减少(Ps0.05)。18月龄应激组在旷场周边时间和在黑白巷黑端时间、潜伏期显著长于丰富环境组(Ps0.05)。这些提示CD-1小鼠焦虑行为改变具有年龄依赖性,青年期心理社会环境改变可调节小鼠年龄相关性焦虑和自发探索活性行为的改变。
[Abstract]:To explore the effect of psycho-social environment change of youth on anxiety and spontaneous exploring activity in middle-aged and aged CD-1 mice, the results showed that compared with young group (3 months), the aged control group (18 months old) was significantly prolonged in open field latency and peripheral time. In black-and-white lane, the time and latency of black end and white end were significantly prolonged, and the times of black end to white end were significantly decreased in stress group of 12 months old. The time of open field and black end of black and white lane were significantly longer in stress group than those in rich environment group and control group. The lattices crossing significantly decreased the time of open field and black and white lane in stress group of 18 months old, and the latency was significantly longer than that of Ps0.05 in rich environment group, which suggested that anxiety behavior change of CD-1 mice was age-dependent. The change of psycho-social environment in youth can regulate the changes of age-related anxiety and spontaneous exploratory activity in mice.
